"We need a shitload of wax if we want to ride this thing." This statement of fact was issued by a blue-eyed, golden-curled skateboarder. He was referring to a sloping ledge, buttress, whatever... I asked him how much was a "shitload?" Sensing danger he quickly zoomed off, but the question is still out there. How much is a shitload? Is it more than a bushel? Less than a peck? So..

On a more macro level, what are those bushies smoking? Bush still thinks the "yelllow cake" info is righteous. Powell wants the UN to encourage other contries to send their troops to the hell that is Iraq. He's not offering to share any of the decision making, because the US is doing such a fine job of bringing democracy to a tyrant weary country? And the new magazine the Pentagon is publishing, HI. Its purpose is to help Iraqis understand what a cool country we are so they will stop killing our soldiers. The cover sports a yound woman with low riding jeans and a high riding top, plenty of belly. I don't know, think this might be seen as, well, unacceptable to population that includes factions that think even a woman's eyes are to provacative for public display?
I mean, shouldn't Pat Bucannan and Jerry Farwell do some kind of intervention?
